He also acted as consultant to and representative of a variety of clients in complex and high-risk cases before courts throughout the country. His experience covers several areas, in particular, civil liability (moral damage and punitive damage), and commercial disputes, in the areas of insurance, banking, the stock market, insolvency and bankruptcy. He also skillfully handles provisional remedies, seizures, annulment cases in administrative matters, specific matters in family law and amparo.
